OIL ONLY/UNIVERSAL – SHEETS/ROLLS
Our absorbents are made of a unique type of polypropylene and manufacturing process, giving products of greater absorption capacity for all types of fluids. The absorbents have SMS-layers (Spunbound - Meltblown - Spunbound).
The sheets and rolls have a very quick absorption rate and will contain the absorbed product. Until saturation, the sheets/rolls will be capable of absorbing approx. 10-12 times its own area weight or, in volumes, about 2 litres per m2 for the thinner qualities up to ca 5 litres per m2 for the thicker qualities.
This gives that a full size roll will be able to absorb ca 220 litres of oils in total. The actual results will depend on the type of fluid that shall be absorbed, its viscosity and the temperature.
